Home base. Yelm, Rainier and Tenino are minutes away; Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater are a regular run up Highway 507 and I-5. Older Olympia homes are a big share of our refinishing work, and the vented crawl spaces common on the prairie drive a lot of moisture calls.
Pierce County
Roy, McKenna and Spanaway are next door. Graham, Eatonville, Puyallup, Tacoma, Lakewood and DuPont are all within an easy drive, and the JBLM area brings a steady mix of new construction and quick-turn refinishing between owners.
